3.5 miles on treadmill with arm and ab toning.

Zach born on Sept 15th.
6 weeks later- ran twice a week about 2-3 miles
8 weeks-until now- Gym membership. Zach is old enough to go to the daycare at the gym. Aerobics class and running on the treadmill. 5 miles in the most I've ran thus far.
Training for a 3.5 mile mudrun in April and a half in the summer or fall. Mostly, I just want to fell great and energetic again.

| | 60 min of hiphop (body Jam) Zach can only go to the daycare for one hour while the girls can stay 2 hours. I am looking forward to when Zach is 6 months and I can get an aerobics calls and running in. |

pm-ran 4 miles at CESA. 5 of us mothers took our kids to the park. We took turns running around the jogging path and watching the girls. Brillant plan. | |
| | ran 4.25. I keep forgetting to update my running. I am contemplating a half marathon next month. I think know I can do it, it may be slow though cuz my energy level is low. It'll be 6 month after giving birth to Zachary, sort of a celebration...i guess. |

Originally I planned on attending the Body Intense aerobics class which I heard is full of runners and it's pretty INTENSE. Though, by the time I got the kids situated in the daycare I was a 5 minutes late and I was intimadated by all the equipment. Maybe next time?? |

| | MUD RUN!!! By far the most fun race I've ever ran in my life. I want to do it again in sept. Jessica, nancy, Ryan, and I ran it in 1 hour and 1 minute. We were speedy and did AMAZING for being an all girl team. |

2.5 miles
My 1/2 marathon is this sat and I dont' feel at ALL ready for it. I am slow!!!!!! Fully Nursing a baby while running, weightlifting, and aerobic classes is wearing me out. I am exhausted!!! With that said, I'm looking forward to this race and my ONLY goal is to finish. I love 1/2 marathons...they're my favorite race (except the mud race).
Maybe when I'm finished nursing, in the fall, I'll run another 1/2 and really race it. |
| | Ran a half marathon today. 2 hours 5 min. Felt bad and pushed myself to my max. So I'm happy with how I did even if it was 15 slower than my PR. I dont' think i'll do another race until I'm done nursing zachary...it makes a HUGE difference. | |

I've been forgetting to log my workouts this week, and I can't remember exactly what I did, if anything, on tuesda-thursday but on friday I.....
1 hour of hiphop. It's a new class and it's a little confusing. I can't decided If I want to keep going to improve or try out some new classes. Maybe i'll give it a little longer |
