3.5 miles on treadmill with arm and ab toning.

recap of post pregnancy getting-in-shape

Zach born on Sept 15th.

6 weeks later- ran twice a week about 2-3 miles

8 weeks-until now- Gym membership. Zach is old enough to go to the daycare at the gym.  Aerobics class and running on the treadmill.  5 miles in the most I've ran thus far.

Training for a 3.5 mile mudrun in April and a half in the summer or fall. Mostly, I just want to fell great and energetic again.

Zach can only go to the daycare for one hour while the girls can stay 2 hours.  I am looking forward to when Zach is 6 months and I can get an aerobics calls and running in.

Your guess is right! There is a park behind out neighborhood with about 10 soccer fields and a mile running track.

I'm glad you guys are liking Greenville. My wife and I both went to college there and our daughter was born there. It has its quirks, but it will always be a big part of us.

ran 4.25.  I keep forgetting to update my running.  I am contemplating a half marathon next month.  I think know I can do it, it may be slow though cuz my energy level is low.  It'll be 6 month after giving birth to Zachary, sort of a celebration...i guess.

2 fast miles on the treadmill. and 45 minutes of Body Jam.  It was a hard workout for me today.  I was planning on taking it easy but I felt exhausted by the end.  I am hoping it doesn't affect my "long" run tomorrow. (hopefully 8 miles)

Originally I planned on attending the Body Intense aerobics class which I heard is full of runners and it's pretty INTENSE.  Though, by the time I got the kids situated in the daycare I was a 5 minutes late and I was intimadated by all the equipment.  Maybe next time??

MUD RUN!!! By far the most fun race I've ever ran in my life.  I want to do it again in sept.  Jessica, nancy, Ryan, and I ran it in 1 hour and 1 minute.  We were speedy and did AMAZING for being an all girl team.

My 1/2 marathon is this sat and I dont' feel at ALL ready for it. I am slow!!!!!!   Fully Nursing a baby while running, weightlifting, and aerobic classes is wearing me out.  I am exhausted!!!  With that said, I'm looking forward to this race and my ONLY goal is to finish.  I love 1/2 marathons...they're my favorite race (except the mud race).

Maybe when I'm finished nursing, in the fall, I'll run another 1/2 and really race it.

Ran a half marathon today.  2 hours 5 min.  Felt bad and pushed myself to my max.  So I'm happy with how I did even if it was 15 slower than my PR.  I dont' think i'll do another race until I'm done nursing zachary...it makes a HUGE difference.
