So I got a one month pass to the gym to try it out...it has been a few years since i've been in one.  I forgot how entertaining it is to watch people.  Well, of course i went to the treadmills...right when i got on a dude got on right next to me.  I didn't even see what he looks like or anything but here is how it went....I got to a certain speed and i see in the corner of my eye him watching and then he pushes up his speed to up me by one.  So of course i have to up him by one.  It went like this until i decided that i was going a little too fast for my first workout of the year. 

first mile...8:31

second mile...8.04

third mile....9:02

overall time...25 minutes 37 seconds

Thats so funny Marci. I do the same thing but rarely get beaten. Its a good way to keep the miles going faster. lol By the way I know you can take Jon in a 5k. Just grab an apple or something on the trail and bean him in the back of the head! lol Good to see you guys! I was going to call Jon when I was up there but for the holiday but wasnt feeling good. Tell him next time Ill be there!

I didn't think i was going to make it today but got there at 10:30pm...i actually prefer to run at nights. i have more energy, just not a morning person i guess!

3 miles outside..so much better then a treadmill.  warm day..37 dregrees!

i want to run 3-4 (no more, no less) times a week the next two months.

p90x hour of cardio...weird to say this but i wish i could get on a treadmill this week. Jon hasn't made it home before the gym closes...hopefully next week he for at least a few days.
