So I got a one month pass to the gym to try it out...it has been a few years since i've been in one. I forgot how entertaining it is to watch people. Well, of course i went to the treadmills...right when i got on a dude got on right next to me. I didn't even see what he looks like or anything but here is how it went....I got to a certain speed and i see in the corner of my eye him watching and then he pushes up his speed to up me by one. So of course i have to up him by one. It went like this until i decided that i was going a little too fast for my first workout of the year.

I didn't think i was going to make it today but got there at 10:30pm...i actually prefer to run at nights. i have more energy, just not a morning person i guess!

p90x hour of cardio...weird to say this but i wish i could get on a treadmill this week. Jon hasn't made it home before the gym closes...hopefully next week he for at least a few days.
