So pretty much i haven't forgotten about the blog....i have been reading all your entries!  The last few weeks i have been staying inside and doing yoga, pilates, and aerobic videos.  Has anyone heard of P90X.  It is AWESOME.  There are like 10 different workouts and it totally kicks my rear. :)

So since running is starting to get a little uncomfortable from the protruding stomach...i am hoping to do these videos until this summer.

Keep up the good running!

So does that mean you are pregnant? If so , congratulations!

You can still run through pregnancy. Sarah and other women on the blog have had very good results, and can offer some advice.

From marci on Wed, Jan 09, 2008 at 22:54:31

Yeah i know i can still run...i ran with my first kid for a while but it has been hurting and cramping with this one. I think i'll just keep it easy and run a little bit....

From Bethany on Thu, Jan 10, 2008 at 00:03:32

Congrats Marci! I am so happy for you! Although, bummer on the cramps and hurting. It is much more important to listen to your body and baby at this point. Running will always be there. If you want to do some yoga, or bag the exercise and get something to eat, call me!

From Lybi on Thu, Jan 10, 2008 at 14:39:30

Congratulations Marci and Jon! Another cute little future runner is on the way!

well i stopped running because it was getting uncomfortable and plus it was below zero degrees out there.

I feel great now and am ready to work out more.  I am not going to run though...just do other things.  Hopefully no one minds that i am on a fast running blog and not running.  I have decided that writting down my workouts motivate me more then anything.

Today I did some Yoga conditioning for 65 minutes.  It was a great workout and i have never breathed so hard while doing yoga..  i am going to be sore!

I have no problems with you not running. I think that watching your workouts will help motivate me to do more. I'll get over the tired eventually, right?

Did 44 minutes of Tae Bo.  Go Billy Banks.  However i am not to fond of the tight spandex..i prefer men in short green shorts. Right Jon!

They actually have a cross training format you could use instead of miles...

From Bethany on Tue, Jan 29, 2008 at 23:15:55

That's right Jon, keep everyone on track. Good job Marci! Im impressed you did so much Yoga yesterday and then Tae bo! You are amazing. I quit at about 4 months pregnant. Keep it up!

Good job! You are doing great while prego. I haven't tried church ball but I've heard it's fun and can be kinda crazy!

From marci on Thu, Jan 31, 2008 at 14:57:02

It is pretty fun. It isn't as competitive as i am use to but some girls get a little too into it. :)

From Jon on Fri, Feb 01, 2008 at 13:29:27

Marci is always travelling, though, since she is carrying a basketball in her stomach :)

From marci on Fri, Feb 01, 2008 at 16:21:53

Kick boxing! sounds like a butt kicking work out. Good job

From Jon on Fri, Feb 08, 2008 at 13:26:28

P90X- sounds like a type of computer or car, not cardio workout...

From Bethany on Sat, Feb 09, 2008 at 00:23:09

Or a game system, or a blender, or a vaccum...

Nice job!

Well i am slowly getting back into running now that i am not pregnant anymore.  I had Aspen just less then 3 weeks ago and I am ready to get into shape.  Ran 3 miles today with Bethany and loved it.  She is soo FUN to talk to..it makes running a little easier.  I felt great and hopefully I still do tommorrow.  Maybe i'll try and run again tommorrow...I need motivation.

Great job getting out! Congratulations on the arrival of Aspen as well.

Drive safely to IF later this week. If you need company on a run, my wife Kami might be interested in going out with you while you are in IF.

thanks to Bethany I got out again.  We ran 2 miles on planet walk and the temperature was perfect.  My muscles have been so sore from these runs...it feels good to work them.

That's amazing you are getting out already. At least I think so. Do you think your legs are any stronger from carrying the baby during the pregnancy?

From Jon on Wed, Jul 02, 2008 at 15:30:45

You've run 5 more miles than me this week!
