3.5 miles on treadmill with arm and ab toning.

Zach born on Sept 15th.

6 weeks later- ran twice a week about 2-3 miles

8 weeks-until now- Gym membership. Zach is old enough to go to the daycare at the gym.  Aerobics class and running on the treadmill.  5 miles in the most I've ran thus far.

Training for a 3.5 mile mudrun in April and a half in the summer or fall. Mostly, I just want to fell great and energetic again.

Military Body Combat class- 60 minutes of a hard workout. leg and arm workout.

60 min of hiphop (body Jam)

Zach can only go to the daycare for one hour while the girls can stay 2 hours.  I am looking forward to when Zach is 6 months and I can get an aerobics calls and running in. 

3 miles.  Treadmills are boring!  Even if it does a T.V. and radio and a fan on it.

50 minutes of Body Jam (hiphop0

1 mile at 8 minute pace. (Hard and long) I have a long ways to go until I'm back in shape!

3 miles with the whole family! Who says 3 kids slow you down? (actually we were pretty slow but that was more my fault)
