Zach born on Sept 15th.
6 weeks later- ran twice a week about 2-3 miles
8 weeks-until now- Gym membership. Zach is old enough to go to the daycare at the gym. Aerobics class and running on the treadmill. 5 miles in the most I've ran thus far.
Training for a 3.5 mile mudrun in April and a half in the summer or fall. Mostly, I just want to fell great and energetic again.
