9 miles in the morning. I HATE running in the morning. I should start doing races at night.  I always get sideaches and it takes me half the run to warm up.  4 miles with Jessica...she is moving soon. sad.

Only one week until the Mud Run and 2 weeks 'til the half.

MUD RUN!!! By far the most fun race I've ever ran in my life.  I want to do it again in sept.  Jessica, nancy, Ryan, and I ran it in 1 hour and 1 minute.  We were speedy and did AMAZING for being an all girl team.

My 1/2 marathon is this sat and I dont' feel at ALL ready for it. I am slow!!!!!!   Fully Nursing a baby while running, weightlifting, and aerobic classes is wearing me out.  I am exhausted!!!  With that said, I'm looking forward to this race and my ONLY goal is to finish.  I love 1/2 marathons...they're my favorite race (except the mud race).

Maybe when I'm finished nursing, in the fall, I'll run another 1/2 and really race it.

Ran a half marathon today.  2 hours 5 min.  Felt bad and pushed myself to my max.  So I'm happy with how I did even if it was 15 slower than my PR.  I dont' think i'll do another race until I'm done nursing zachary...it makes a HUGE difference.

I've been forgetting to log my workouts this week, and I can't remember exactly what I did, if anything, on tuesda-thursday but on friday I.....

1 hour of hiphop.  It's a new class and it's a little confusing. I can't decided If I want to keep going to improve or try out some new classes.  Maybe i'll give it a little longer
